- GMG MoApr 23, 20261.0I was a customer for an hour and was very displeased. I was told that my service with FOX would be canceled for me and the termination fee taken care of. Whoever attempted failed, because Fox called me asking me why I was unhappy with their technicians and wanting to cancel. I was placed in a very uncomfortable and awkward position. I did not cancel that account not wanting to pay the $250 and not knowing if I’d really be reimbursed by Aptive. When I called Aptive’s customer service line I explained the situation to 3 different people. I was so irritated and spent too much on my evening on the whole thing already, I canceled Aptive, which was prompt thankfully. However, I will say Fox customer service reps are much better.

Last year we were swarmed with mosquitos... once our property was treated and the pheromone unit was hung we were able to enjoy our yard. Nuisance little ants started this year and the very next day Khyy was here. The company has maintained top notch communication along with quality service.
