  We had worked with a fantastic consultant named Allen for a few years. Unfortunately, the two previous times we have shopped here, we have been disappointed. We were sold a mattress that was extra thick without realizing it and then sold a box spring that was not described well. When it arrived, I needed to bring it back to the store. I specifically told the consultant about the previous issue and yet she didn’t mention alternative options to keep the mattress lower to the floor such as a bunkie board. I am thankful the delivery man suggested this. When I called the store about the box spring, the manager did not apologize for the inconvenience or poor explanation of the box spring itself.

  I had a great experience shopping at this Raymour and Flanigan. Jared was a fantastic as I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, he helped answer all my questions and didn't pressure me to make a purchase. The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and I will definitely be back for more future furniture purchases!

  I recently had such a good furniture shopping experience here that I had to share. The showroom was beautifully arranged, clean, and inviting, with a wonderful selection of high-quality pieces. I was impressed with all of the different options and price points as well. What truly made my experience though, was the manager, Jared. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Jared is knowledgeable, patient, and actually cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Because of him and the wonderful experience he creates in the store, I will absolutely be returning for future purchases and recommending this store to friends and family.

  Was looking for a new bedroom set so I stopped at Raymour & Flanigan in Halfmoon NY just to take a look. The salesperson I happened to meet with was Alex. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to spend time with me. In fact she did that more than once as I narrowed down my choices. Made my final choice (there are a lot bedroom sets) and scheduled an appointment with Alex. She explained all the payment options. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan and Alex. Happy shopping.
