As a furniture store, it is OK to have limited service during browsing because the self-experience is the most important. However, the last minute delivery will determine the final expression. Everyone needs to go for work, thus you need to give the scheduled time window very carefully during the weekdays. For my instance, the initial 8:00-9:45 AM window on Tuesday seems to be a comfortable slot as I can still go to work without any hassle. However, it will be more and more frustrating when you find the truck gets stuck forever in the previous location and there is no contact information. And you know what, the first message is to ask for delivery tips. Aha! If needing tips, you need to prove yourself first. If not available to accomplish your own words, just say we can be only available for delivery during the weekends. Don't give expectations and then destroy them.

When I attempted to ask straightforward questions, the customer service staff repeatedly complained about “having a long day” and spoke with clear irritation, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them. Their impatience, lack of courtesy, and dismissive behavior were completely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed
