We have been there a year now and they have raised prices significantly 3 x’s. Today though, we get a notice 3 weeks before the payment is due, mind you, that they are raising the rent, not $10/month, not $20, not $30, but $70 DOLLARS A MONTH! It is unbelievable that they would do this. Closing the unit next week and moving somewhere that has better business practices. Sickening.

- PPPLV PLVOct 24, 20252.0There's one major problem with this place that I can't get over it. They give you a great "promotional" rate and after is done very quickly they raise it up. Example: you start with $70 a month (they are saying 6 months maximum term in the beginning) after that it goes to let's say $100 for a few months, and then buckle up it's $180. Like it or not, pay or get out. At the same time they are advertising same size units at $70 a month to new customers. If you try to rent a new unit at the lower price they call it "rate jumping" and raise the rate on the new unit that you are renting or simply refuse to rent you a new unit at the promotional rate. If you need unit for 6 months that you will have to pay upfront for the 6 months, it's great, otherwise you have to consider paying way more than you anticipated for longer period.
