Notification of damaged was made same day, eleven days laters after calling up to thirteen times, leaving multiple messages & stopping at store twice because nothing was being done. Laura the manager with a nonchalant attitude tells me "well one of items (that was cracked) are on back order til maybe mid next month". Then proceeds to have a problem with me saying no, I've been inconvenienced enough & everything needs to be picked up for a return. I WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE OR ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN & SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME
- SSStevenNov 10, 20255.0Tasha Brinson our home furnishing & Sleep Consultant was absolutely fabulous.She took us around the store and showed us every dining room chair and every couch in the store on union road in cheektowaga.She was patient,answered our questions,and i would highly recommend you find her when shopping there.The two delivery guys were great,very good at what they do,took there time setting up.Very patient with the amount of deliveries they had that day.I highly recommend purchasing from Raymour & Flanigan.Thank You Tasha and the delivery guys.
