  I just want to commend Shawn and his entire crew for their diligent and attentive service this winter. They have gone above and beyond to keep up with the heavy snowfalls we have been getting as of late. Even before this, they were right on top of snow and I never had to worry that my driveway wouldn't be plowed in time for me to leave for work between 7-8AM. They are troopers and I can't thank them enough or recommend them more highly! Ok...update...We have now also worked with Shawn and his crew for our home improvement/update projects. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! Shawn and his crew have done an outstanding job on replacing our very old carpet with beautiful Pergo. They dealt with all the "issues" our home dished out (we joke what you see is never what you get with our house) and even went above and beyond and completed work another contractor left undone! When we had the unexpected downed tree, they took care of this as well!! I recommend Shawn and his crew year-round wholeheartedly! You couldn't find better!

  I had a fantastic experience with Shawn and his team. They were incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry and worked diligently to find a solution that fit my budget. The patio renovation is amazing, and my lawn looks better than ever. I appreciate their open communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

  I always dread trying to find the best contractor to do those projects that I know will best be accomplished by someone other than myself. Deck building is one of those projects. My current deck was quite old and had seen much better days. It was improperly built to begin with. There was no space between boards, causing rain water to pool and flow backwards to the sill below the patio slider, rotting the entire area below the door. Shawn's crew found the damage as they were deconstructing the old deck and immediately informed me and set about repairing it. I had chosen to replace the existing deck using composite materials. I have had decks built with pressure treated lumber in the past and I was tired of the yearly cycle of the expense and hassle of pressure washing, spraying wood protectant chemicals, etc. After taking apart the existing deck, Shawn's crew began constructing the new deck. They wasted zero time and every guy in the crew had a specific function, which kept things going smoothly. I was very impressed with Shawn and his crew's professionalism. They completed the build on time and per his estimate. I was always kept informed on any details, and when they say they will be back the next day at a specific time, you can bank on the fact that they will be there precisely at that time. Shawn and everyone on his team was polite, professional and did a superb job. I usually get several bids for any project, and I generally throw out the high and low estimates. However, after meeting Shawn when he stopped by to do the estimate, I had a feeling that he would do a good job. They did a SUPERB job. I would hire Shawn and his crew again in a heartbeat. BTW, they were the low estimate.

  When looking for estimates on some home improvements I chose C & S Property Management. I felt they had the most reasonable prices. They painted several rooms, installed outlets, and remodeled my bathroom. Their work was impeccable. It turned out more of a project than expected we needed major plumbing work. They got the work done and stayed within my tight budget. They communicated and showed me what they were running into every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They will be the first ones I call in the future. I highly recommend them for any home improvement, home emergencies or any lawn needs. I do not think there is anything they can not do!
