Most important, they have high standards and their work is impeccable. They deliver what they promise and in many cases a lot more. I wish I could post before and after photos here. We are property owners living in a different state, needless to say it is quite difficult to do anything remotely, but not with C&S Property Management, you can trust they will do the work the right way, and if you want, as we needed, they will provide great advice and implement ideas! Handyman Services does not cover what they have completed for us, stunning renovations, security protocol, snow removal and so much more. Shawn, the owner, is truly someone you can trust! I would give it 10 stars if I could.
