I try to get it serviced every year but forgot to do it last year and ran ii was functioning perfectly. I called them and they responded right away and fixed the problem quickly. The technicians are excellent, responsive and explain everything. The fireplace is working perfectly now. I think it’s important to do annual service. - RLRachel LJan 10, 20265.0DunRite Chimney Company arrived and tge workers were courteous, friendly, and very honest from start to finish. During the inspection, they discovered that a nest had burrowed into my gas fireplace. They carefully identified a straw piece of the nest inside the fireplace and then removed the chimney cap outside, where they were able to locate and confirm the source of the problem. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the service was thorough and professional. I truly appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. I would highly recommend DunRite Chimney Company for any chimney or fireplace needs and will definitely use them again in the future.
