Had the best experience today than I’ve ever had at a Lowes or competitor thanks to Jess. She saw me looking lost and not only asked how she could help, but stayed with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed. She made me feel like she genuinely cared that I had a good experience, but more importantly, didn’t walk out without what I needed. She didn’t know the answer initially, but I quickly learned that she wouldn’t let that stop her from getting the answer. She connected with another associate as well as looked up stuff on the device she was carrying. If only every experience could be this way! But at least I know where to find it!

Purchased a washer here because we were promised next-day delivery. Delivery was confirmed, we waited all day, and then were told it couldn’t be delivered due to a clearance issue on rt 9w that should have been identified beforehand.
Calls to dispatch were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I went to the store to request a refund for an undelivered appliance, the assistant manager was dismissive and refused to process it, despite confirming the product was never delivered.
No apology, no written cancellation confirmation, and no refund confirmation as of now. A full day wasted due to poor logistics planning and very poor customer service. Still waiting for resolution.

Every time I come to this Lowe’s, I leave impressed. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping so much easier—especially when I’m in a rush or working on a project. What stands out the most is how helpful the staff is. They don’t just point you toward an aisle; they actually walk over, take the time to explain things, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.
Recently I came in for a home project that I wasn’t completely confident about, and one of the associates took the time to guide me through all the options, compare products, and help me pick the right materials. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do and truly cares about customers getting the right supplies the first time.
Checkout is always fast, whether you’re using self-checkout or a cashier. The outside lumber and garden area is also well maintained and easy to navigate, which is a big plus compared to other stores.
Overall, this location is reliable, friendly, and consistent. It’s my go-to spot in the area for tools, materials, and home improvement needs. Highly recommended!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
