Every time I come to this Lowe’s, I leave impressed. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, which makes shopping so much easier—especially when I’m in a rush or working on a project. What stands out the most is how helpful the staff is. They don’t just point you toward an aisle; they actually walk over, take the time to explain things, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need.
Recently I came in for a home project that I wasn’t completely confident about, and one of the associates took the time to guide me through all the options, compare products, and help me pick the right materials. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do and truly cares about customers getting the right supplies the first time.
Checkout is always fast, whether you’re using self-checkout or a cashier. The outside lumber and garden area is also well maintained and easy to navigate, which is a big plus compared to other stores.
Overall, this location is reliable, friendly, and consistent. It’s my go-to spot in the area for tools, materials, and home improvement needs. Highly recommended!

The lumber section is a mess. Most is not labeled/priced at all or labeled/priced incorrectly. Very frustrating. We would have gone elsewhere if it weren't for the time crunch (only so many daylight hours). We spent over 30 minutes trying to find the correct sheets of plywood, with zero assistance. Not one associate in the entire lumber section. The only helpful employee was Lauri, but she couldn't leave her checkout station, so we brought different sheets of incorrectly labeled plywood to her to scan until we finally found what we were looking for. She called for assistance, but no one came. 10 minutes later we went to the paint section and the gentleman there called to get us some help. Still, no one came. To add insult to injury, the correct plywood was stacked incorrectly, with a piece of skid support wood smashed under the middle of the sheets. This caused the entire stack to bow out. Again, we would have left, but we had to get the plywood and get to work. With the extra time, effort, and nails we used to get those bowed pieces up on the building, we really should have gone somewhere else. We spent over $800 on the worst plywood we've ever seen. And it was entirely preventable if the employees putting away the plywood would have been paying attention to their job. This entire Lowe's trip was a complete disappointment, aside from Lauri, who really did do her best to try to help.
