Rent more than doubled after 3 months even though I asked if the rate would remain the same long term and for at least 6 months and was told it would not change in the forseeable future. I was lied to. Very disappointing. Extra Space was excellent in California and always fair and kind to deal with -- for years. Night and day to my experience in Carmel, NY. Beware.
