  the RF in Carle Place is earning a 5 star rating due to the most amazing salesperson / manager I have EVER had the pleasure to work with - DIEGO VARELA. he is absolutely a treasure. when working with him for my reselect, he presented ALL the info I needed to know / understand, when I asked for "5 mins" to think about something, I actually got it, he didn't hover or lurk. When I was ready, I had to look for him (great). he was courteous, professional, informed, subtle with his sales pitch but effective. If I could buy some more furniture, I would want him to assist. He was my best experience EVER

  I was so excited about this purchase, my couch is off center and I have made multiple requests for repair including the same day that the couch was delivered. They have a 72 hour response time. It has been more than two weeks. No one answers the phone. No one responds to online service request. You spend a lot of money with this company in order to get the white glove service as well as as the five years of service protection, however if you can spend your money at a place where it actually matters I do recommend it.

  My family has shopped at RF for many years but never again! We purchased a red couch from them that bled red onto your clothes when sitting on it . It took a month for them to admit to the fault , then another month to issue a store credit , and then they told us we can no longer purchase a replacement couch in red, black or blue without taking the risk of dye bleeding . Meanwhile, they offer all these colored fabrics as samples that don’t bleed dye . We finally won the battle to get a cash refund when we proved they offered the red couch with no warning of bleeding dye . The kicker to this whole story is we ended up purchasing the same red couch from a competitive furniture store down the block for less money and the couch didn’t bleed red dye .

  Michael Diaz is hands down the best salesperson to work with at Raymour & Flanigan in Carle Place. My family and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. We purchased a sectional set, dining set, and a full bedroom set, and Michael made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the furniture options. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find pieces that fit our needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that he truly cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. Thanks to Michael, what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip turned into a great experience for my family. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit the Carle Place location.
