  Services provided were excellent with the exception of delayed delivery which took just over three weeks. Plus internal communications made it difficult and frustrating for staff to offer proper updates.

  I loved Ashley LEE. She was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate through my window treatment with such professionalism as well as humor. Her grace and humor was so inviting. We laughed through the entire process. It was a great experience.

  After 15 years, I thought my blinds were beyond saving—I couldn’t even get them down myself. I reached out and spoke with Paula, who was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process effortless. She arranged for a technician to come out, and the repair was completed at no cost. Within a week, my blinds looked brand new. Outstanding service from start to finish—I highly recommend.

  Everyone at the Carle Place location goes above and beyond in order to satisfy their customers. Especially Sam who was patient and so helpful to rectify a really difficult installation of my arch shades. A big thank you to Alton for those installations! This company will make sure that the customer is happy!

  Recently had shades installed in my living room, dining room and bedroom. Total of 12 shades. Valerie in store did a great job. The price was good and we were really impressed with how organized and professional the they were. The shades are excellent quality and we really like them. As a special note the installers were outstanding. Alton, Kwame and Mike thank you!
