I drove to store and looked but could not find. I stood in appliance area for about 10 minutes and never saw an associate. Two employees were standing in an aisle 20 feet away were having a conversation but none offered help. Finally I asked a passer by employee who got me help. After about 20 minutes it was clear they couldn’t find or had none. While 3 employees huddled at a point of sale not updating me, I called a Best Buy 30 minutes away and purchased the exact microwave I was looking for. I finally spoke to the 3 associates who made a lame excuse for their employer. I said to one “ so the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing”. He replied “depends who you talk to”. Bottom line this took place at 11:30 today and as I write this the microwave is being installed after driving to Victor and picking it up.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
