- JHJONATHAN HOOVERApr 13, 20261.0I would give this place zero stars if that were a choice. Whenever I showed up to the unit. It was open anyone could walk in. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. The storage unit that they gave me was not even on the site map on the app itself. It was literally a room at the back of the building on the third floor that you couldn’t fit anything through the door. It was just a regular door and narrow more narrow than most doors. It was an absolute joke. And they wanted to charge me $165 a month. Also, there were empty beer cans wrapped in brown bags all around the storage unit. We’re homeless people had been in there drinking and smoking. There was also a bucket of water right outside of the door that was catching water from a leaking pipe above. And the water was overflowing. This place is a joke and I would never ever do business with this particular location.
