  Jolenta was an intelligent, respectful and entertaining woman. She had helped my family choose a couch, loveseat and recliner. I then returned with them later as I did not know of their adventure. She was so kind and such a warm human being!! I will recommend Raymour and Flanigan Outlet and Jolanta(please forgive me if the spelling is wrong). Thank you for an excellent experience!!

  Just made another purchase at R&F, at the Blasdell store. We went to two other stores and came back to this one; customer service is outstanding, and we will have delivery of our new couch very soon. Jason took plenty of time to show us possibilities for just what we were looking for, and gave us a very good deal on the one we chose. Thank you!

  Absolutely abhorrent customer service in the repair department. Impossible to get a call back, a quote on repair, or a response on anything without having to call back repeatedly. They literally just talk over you and rush you off the phone. Really sad considering the sales department staff have always been so wonderful.

  Randy, he was super helpful and easy to talk to and up front. Originally, I had made myself with a lower budget, but it really wasn’t realistic for what I was looking for. I sustained an injury in May so I have to spend 18 hours a day laying down. I am really LOVE that I got this and that Randy was able to help me get what I wanted and be pushy, but also remind me what I did want when I told him. The story was clean. Everybody else was friendly. There’s parking a bathroom and every time you walk in somebody will be there to greet you. I’d say the only con about the overall experience would be that I paid in a check and it’s gonna take like for my understanding 28 days Ish to get it back so it’s kind of a nuisance but there’s worse things. Just pay with a card or cash if you’re not 100% positive about what you want! And even with that, I have no complaint I ended up going for Maverick pieces. I got a chase, armless, end piece, ottoman, and two chairs. (one of the chairs is in my bedroom cause I haven’t gotten rid of the dog chair yet) Pros: -Its ridiculously soft, but doesn’t seem to get on my clothing! -there’s really a nice firm sit to it so you don’t sink in and not feel supported yet it’s nice and cushiony -it was so comfortable. I slept on the couch for two weeks, even though I just got a brand new king in September the same store. Con’s -I have two dogs and a cat so it has to be covered at all times😅, I wouldn’t personally recommend it if you have pets unless you have the time to constantly change out coverings and also spend a lot of money on them! I don’t have children, but I would imagine I probably would not get the side if I did. It’s really nice and comfortable. The recliners are great. It also comes in a darker gray.
