The people sent to assemble my furniture at the time of purchase completely stripped out all of the screws, making it impossible to take them out. I had no way of knowing until now, as I had no reason to take my bed apart. I can tell it was due to excessive force and over-tightening, they turned hex bits into circles. We spent hours hammering drill bits into the stripped bolts when it should’ve taken 5 minutes to loosen all the screws. I do not recommend the home delivery as they will discretely ruin your furniture.
