However, after moving some items here, at the 3 month mark, my rate increased from $116 to $192 for a 10x10 medium unit. When I called and spoke with customer service, the guy I spoke with said that based on the data at this facility, this is short term storage facility. He said to expect rate increases every 3 - 6 months and the only way to avoid the increases is to pay upfront for 6 months. 2) The elevator is constantly broken so if you have a unit on the 2nd floor prepare to use the stairs. The elevator was broken for over a month during the summer and was still having issues as of this past week. The elevator will go from first to 2nd floor but then it won’t go down from 2nd to 1st. Look elsewhere when deciding to store your items.
