    Deonte was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and when he was done he came to the door and told me where he treated. I am very happy with him and the service.

    I followed the only man that came out to spray and had to make suggestions where.to spray. He didn’t seem to like the bugs that were flying around on one side of the house. The bees/hornets were about the same, but spiders were fewer. There was no follow up and I never heard from you until now. Disappointing

    I was really impressed that Andy had given me notice he was coming and was there within the 5 minutes he told me. I had a little chat with him about what was going I haven't he was very knowledgeable very friendly very honest and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. While he was here she literally took pictures of every area that he worked on and it sent them to my messaging so that I knew exactly where he was and what he was doing at all times. That was impressive I would give Andy a plus 11 out of 10. I hope in future he will be the same person doing the service for my house. I was very much impressed with him

    My APTIVE representative, Brandon, spent a great deal of time talking with us about the cause, interventions and expected outcomes of the problems we were experiencing with pests/mice. He quickly diagnosed the situation and came up with an effective treatment plan. I’m confident as an APTIVE customer that the service will address the issues

    Active is the worst pest control company by far. The salesman offers upgrades that never get put in the system, pricing is more than agreed to, and the worst part is that they don't even schedule services as required in the contract. Avoid Aptive at all costs.
