Brandon and his new hires are great. They’re nice to my puppy girl. They don’t care if I have an attitude sometimes because beside them your services kind of suck and maybe are like robbing me $100 a month. But. Nonetheless the people that have shown up here are great and friendly and I appreciate that.

I must say that I am very impressed with the level of communication I received from the Aptive Pest Control service technician, Ryan today. Ryan started his service call with a text to inform me of his scheduled service appointment and approximate arrival time. He continued by asking do I have any specific concerns I would like him to address. Upon his arrival, Ryan literally called me to inform me of his arrival to my home and asked if there are any children and/or pets in the immediate area he should know about. I have neither. I had a mini fridge that had just been delivered on the front step and Ryan asked me if I needed any assistance getting it into the house. I was surprised at his kind gesture and declined at first saying it might be a little too heavy, to which he assureded me he could safely lift it without any problem. Who would say no to such a kind and thoughtful offer. Before he did anything, Ryan immediately put on a pair of shoe booties before entering my home. Never before has any other service person covered his shoes upon entering my house!
Ryan easily picked up the big box and brought it inside where it would be out of harms way from any predatory thieves. After Ryan set it down, I of course, profusely thanked him and informed him of my concern with the ants that like to set up camp at my doorstep. Ryan assured me that he would address it and went on to carry out his work order with all the professionalism expected from an Aptive Pest Control service technician.
Upon completion, I was again surprised to see a text, which included several (and I do mean SEVERAL) pictures of the areas Ryan had sprayed, as well as details of the treatment and what I should expect in the upcoming 3-4 weeks as a result. I must give Ryan a 12 out of 10 for his excellent above and beyond call of duty service.
Thank you again to Ryan for your expertise in communicating each step of your service call from the beginning, during, and to the very end ...
In conclusion, thanks also go to APC for hiring such a competent young man for this job. I will look forward to my next service appointment.

The tech was pleasant. I’m wasn’t really comfortable with treatment in the rain. Not sure how much or what was done because after our conversation he was here 5 minutes, maybe less.
