  This review is specifically for the Marine Park, Brooklyn location. I experienced an issue with my kitchen table, which began peeling. Unfortunately, reaching the service department was extremely difficult, and I spent nearly two months trying to get a response. I eventually contacted the store where I made my purchase, and I was fortunate to connect with Shantinique. She listened carefully to my concerns, submitted my photos to the service department, and helped secure an appointment. While the service experience itself was disappointing—missed appointments and poor repair work on two occasions, including paint being left on my floor and wall—Shantinique stepped in as a true advocate on our behalf. She worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of and ultimately helped us receive a full reselect for our table and six chairs, as our original set had been discontinued. Throughout the process, she was kind, understanding, and highly professional. Her efforts went above and beyond what I would expect, and I truly appreciate her commitment to resolving our issue. I would also like to acknowledge Nicholas at this location, who assisted us and contributed to getting this matter resolved

  We had the most amazing experience and expertise with a giant of a saleswomen Masha at the Flatbush Ave location store. She was so attentive to our needs and understand exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely patient as we were trying to figure out what our options were. She was very knowledgeable about the materials, and products that best suited our space and style. Please if you are ever shopping at Raymour & Flanagan, Flatbush location see Masha!!!!!!!!

  The sale agent Ash was really nice and very helpful . He patiently assist me after making him show me around for so many hours . He did not rush me thru the process as I was indecisive and wanted to make sure my purchase was what I wanted . Overall great experience with him. Wish Raymor and Flanigan will had continue the credit promotion and line with TD bank as progressive did not meet my expectations at all, and only provide short period of time to pay your purchase with no interest . Otherwise happy with my purchase so far .

  We had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan while shopping for a dresser. Manager Olga and Nick were both so amazing, so helpful, what a pleasure!!! Thank you so much!!!! Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in excellent condition. The team was professional and careful during setup, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

  I had a great experience shopping here today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt well taken care of throughout my visit. A huge thank you to Nick for his excellent service and for being so helpful while I was browsing. I also want to recognize Olga for her assistance - they both made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this location!
