More regular cleaning and maintenance, especially in high-traffic areas, would make a big difference. Additionally, there are limited ladders available, and they’re often in use when needed. Some individuals seem to monopolize them, sitting on them for long periods to watch movies on their phones, which can be frustrating for others. I’ve mentioned this, but the issue persists. What’s also concerning is the price increase—Extra Space Storage has raised their rates by 100% in less than a year. Many others I know are in the process of closing their units. I’ve shared my concerns online and am consulting with a lawyer to determine if any action can be taken regarding such a sharp price hike in such a short period. If nothing can be done, I too will be closing my unit.
