I was asked to make a 5 star review of Extra Space Storage when I moved in, and I did! I’ve called and subsequently spoke to Ahmed, who explained the rate increase was made by the system, and he said the was nothing humanly possible that could be done. He and Vic made a big deal about the 5% discount I receive because I am a senior citizen. This company has low morals how they rent space and maintain good customer relations. Buyer beware.
