There were non working elevators at certain point and no formal excuse provided from the employee back then . The Sunday hours are only until 4pm and often people use the storage facility on weekends. The building is definitely old but renovations have been made. The rates however increase despite on time payments as a common rule. The package acceptance feature works however without electronic notifications. I did not have plenty of contacts with the employees except when getting packages but have no any complains. Dameon approved an access with a 2 min. delay (6.47pm) before the last snowstorm in December 2025 , so that I could quickly access the unit. I was given some packages without tracking numbers by Myles upon entering lobby several times. I was impressed by the visual facial recognition skills which is beneficial for the business in general and might be beneficial for other institutions .
