  I was incredibly frustrated with a rate issue and had almost no success reaching out to management prior to today. I was lucky enough to get in touch with Helena, and she completely turned the experience around. She was the only one willing to actually assist me and get the problem solved. Because of her help, I’m happy to stay a customer. Storage Post needs more employees like her!

  Everything was clean & orderly. But I had two 'major' issues. First, I'm new, so it's important to let new people know where to get a roller catty to move their belongings to the storage. And if there's a call to the office with this question, and there are available people in the office, then is it too much to ask if someone could either come, or call, and tell the customer where to get it. Or as a courtesy, just bring one? Secondly, I've thrown my back out for 5 days now, lifting my things to the ladder for the upper locker. It would help if there was some kind of pulley to tie to the ladder that could lift things up, and alleviate some of the pressure on the neck and back. Thank you so much for asking.

  **To All Beware** The Best Decision I rented a unit for our business, and the staff has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, the customer service desk was attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. That level of support continued seamlessly when we moved in, led by the manager, who was exceptional. She handled our reservation with care, resolved system issues efficiently, communicated clearly, and most importantly made us feel confident that our property was in good hands. The experience didn’t stop there. The gentleman who helped get us situated (a newer employee) was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, making the transition cordial, and stress-free. From what I can see you hiring team made a great choice. One thing that stood out immediately was the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility. It is exceptionally well maintained by far the cleanest I’ve seen compared to other vendors we’ve used over the years. Because our business operates 24/7, I’ve also had the opportunity to interact with the maintenance team, who have been just as welcoming, professional, and courteous. Every interaction since day one has been consistent. Staff members are always polite, approachable, and proactive in asking if I need anything sometimes that has become increasingly rare in customer service today.
