  BEWARE!!! Bought furniture recently and did not do a thorough inspection for me before I purchased. They sent me damaged and dirty furniture, not what it looked like in person. They chose not to take any responsibility. Never buying from here again.

  Nice store, nice furniture, I was trying to find some deals with the linens in the store, but sadly there were none at all. The prices were a little high for an “outlet” in my opinion

  Fellow NYC families with young kids - DO NOT SHOP HERE. My family went here to buy a couch, picked one out, and told the associate who identified themself as Preston. Our 2-year old reached up to show this associate a toy and he jerked back from her and said in a disgusting, snide tone of voice, "Don't touch me, I don't know you." I have never seen anyone go out of there way to be a jerk to a 2-year old, but somehow RH found a way to hire and employ just such a person. They lost the sale of the couch instantly, and we went to buy one at West Elm, instead. By the way, this RH location was almost empty on a day when Industry City was popping - we went to ABC Carpet, Modern Design, and West Elm and all three were way more lively, popular, and child friendly than RH. I will be leaving a complaint with Better Business Bureau, as well. Shameful conduct.

  Love RH, but I honestly miss the outlet in queens, it had a wider selection. Not all the staff are personable, kinda picked who they talked to, just because I don’t look like I have money doesn’t mean I don’t. Everyone walking though the door is potential to introduce someone to the brand, and not just create a one time customer but a life long brand shopper. I walked the store for 20 mins and after I noticed how I was treated I observed to see if it was only me, it wasn’t. Love RH but I’ll find another store.
