I was assisted by Ms Josefina Rocio. I am elderly and kind of slow. She was very very patient, professional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and gave excellent advice.The atmosphere was so pleasant and she made me feel comfortable being there. If I come back there again, I will specifically be asking for her assistance. She is a very important asset to your furniture store.

Not happy. The salespersons convinced my mother to buy a "Tempur-Pedic" mattress only to learn on arrival that we had to purchase extended legs to adjust height but in the store, the salespersons stated the base could be extended at three levels on the same base. Total cost over $3200 in store on 3/17/26. We complained but their solution, "pay an additional $55.00 for extended legs" on 3/20/2026 after delivery. We thought we had a good experience with the salespersons in the store bc we felt that they had our best interest at heart. I now feel so swindled as I allowed my 85 y/o mother make this purchase. On arrival, 3/20/26, she called me and said, "I'm not happy", that broke my spirit. The bed height is so low, it pains her to get up to stand. Consumers, please take your time when making a grand purchase from Raymour & Flanagan. Go home first and think it over. Even go to another store, to compare the same details. I now see that it was more about the sale, cost and their commission, maybe, that was more important to them and the ultimate goal. I feel so sick inside. I should have followed my brother's advice and shop MACY'S. We live in a sick, sick world, where everything is about money $$. Consumers please take your time with your hard earned money.

I believe the warranty we purchased for our couch was a complete scam. When we bought the couch, we were told that if anything happened to it, the warranty would cover repairs as long as we had the protection plan. My husband specifically asked the salesperson if the warranty would cover the couch even if it burst open, and we were clearly told yes.
Now that we’ve filed a claim, they’re saying the warranty doesn’t work like that and the damage isn’t covered. That’s not what we were told when we purchased it. It’s extremely frustrating to pay extra for a warranty and then be denied when you actually need to use it.
Buyers, please be careful and make sure you read all the fine print before purchasing warranties like this.
