  Purchased my order and was told that it would be delivered by Saturday, January 11, received no correspondence about time for delivery so I called the store and was told that my order is on backorder and I would not be receiving it. I sold my living room furniture to make sure that there was room for the delivery that would never come, only bright spot was Jason H was really good to work with

  My experience at Raymond Flanigan was excellent from start to finish. Josefina Recio is a wonderful person—very kind and attentive—and she truly helped me choose the best option in terms of both price and quality. I highly recommend her and the store. 😄🥰

  I worked with Dale who is by the way a knowledgeable sales representative. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when I walked in but, Dale asked me a few questions and started showing me different living room sets. A true professional she made me feel comfortable and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Dale merely showed me visions of how I could transform my living room with the furniture that I saw.   Josefina is my go-to whenever I come to Raymour & Flanigan. She’s always so patient, friendly, and attentive, and really helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She also made my mom feel really comfortable, which I appreciated a lot. Great experience every time.
