Lack of customer service. They make you purchase before getting any help and then every worker who can help is on break. And then when you ask what’s going and what the hold up is, after a 45+ minute wait, you get met with an attitude “it’s not that serious and you’ll have to wait” ; Lowe’s your customer service department needs a major revamp at this location.
I’d skip Lowe’s and go to Home Depot across the parking lot.

Walked in to exchange my propane tank. Was then given 4 different instructions on where to go what to do, effectively wasting 20 minutes running around. That was then followed by an employee yelling at me to go outside. I do so and wait by the cage, at which point I spot that same ever so helpful employee and begin walking towards him. He then screams out repeatedly “you are harassing me that is a form of harassment” like a lunatic. I said not one word to this gentleman the entire interaction and did not get within 40 feet of him. Meaning this stellar employee of the month had to have seen me waiting, observed I needed his assistance (as he was in fact the one with the key to the gates, and then chose me finally having enough of waiting to act in a ridiculous and inappropriate manner. I then grab a tank from the cage and ask that it feels light and if it’s full. He responds by saying I again am harassing him and that if it’s in the cage that means it’s good. The tank was empty. I walked away, saying nothing as getting yelled at again was not something I was especially keen on experiencing. So to recap, I lost $25 on an empty propane tank, wasted 30 minutes with no help, and was verbally attacked for about 5-8 minutes on and off by the only employee who was capable of helping.
