    I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Lowe’s on Avenue U. I needed a kitchen faucet and wanted to confirm it was in stock before making the trip. I called the store and let the phone ring for 42 minutes — not a single person picked up. I ended up driving 40 minutes to the store, only to find out the faucet wasn’t in stock at all. Between the unanswered call and the round‑trip drive, I wasted nearly two hours for absolutely nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating that a major retailer can’t manage something as basic as answering the phone. This experience has definitely made me rethink shopping at Lowe’s in the future.

    This store should be closed. Missing items, cancelled orders without reason, attitudes, laziness and incompetence from regular employees and managers. Unreliable and a huge waste of time resolving the issues they cause and are not held accountable for. If I lived in the parking lot, I’d still drive to the Lowe’s on 2nd Ave instead of dealing with this store and their incompetence.

    I’m not going to even talk about everything that happened. However I came in with my boyfriend to get my Christmas tree very excited and ready to film for content and just have a good time. First there was no one working on trees and the person who was had his coat on and said he was on lunch. He didn’t call no one to help or nothing. By the time I stopped someone to help me find a supervisor, the supervisor came out and seemed as if he didn’t want to do anything. They pointed me out from across the room from him and he looked at me and again did nothing! He don’t come to me and say anything. I over heard someone say his name so I screamed his name to get his attention! His name is Winston! Definitely horrible service! And when I screamed his name he came over and my boyfriend heard him say something like “people piss me off” under his breath or something like that. I got my tree nevertheless but my content wasn’t happy and fun the way I intended for it to be! Very disappointing Lowes!
