  One of the vending machines at your establishment did not dispense the soap I paid for. It got stuck, and I lost $9 without receiving the product. I contacted the phone number posted on the notice board, but no one responded. This is very disappointing customer service, and I am still waiting for a reply. Also, every time I visited, there was someone smoking marijuana inside the establishment. This is very disrespectful to customers who cannot tolerate the smell and constant smoke. There should be a designated area for smokers. I hope someone can contact me soon to resolve the issue and refund the money I lost due to the machine malfunction.

  Very large machines, seating for customers, great staff. Worth the price. 10/10 recommend.

  I like this laundromat since I've moved over here never had an issue but today there is an issue. AC in the summer but no heat in the winter. How is that possible? The metal seats are cold. I asked a lady you're not cold? She said yeah. I said complain to that lady this is her store she should know better. The customer going to say it's like doing laundry outside instead of inside. Then the store has the audacity to have a thermostat stating it's 48. My fingers are cold 🥶 have to put my hands on dryers to warm them up.

  I been coming to this laundry mat for many years before and after renovations but today it felt like I was washing and drying my clothes outside on the street. This place is very clean and the manager is very helpful but we need HEAT in this very cold winter and it's only going to get colder
