I was told by an area supervisor that Extra Space Storage is a storage business - not a security business - and that they can't guarantee the safety of my items. So, yes the security issue apparently is acceptable. Further, I was told they didn't have security cameras on my unit. The supervisor said it was out of privacy concerns. Privacy concerns? What? Can't make it up, folks. Look elsewhere.
