About the prices I rent a unit in November I suppose to pay $104 dls monthly that is good for me but I got a mail telling me that my rent is going to increase in February $100!! dls so now I suppose to pay $204 dls every month!! The space is not that big for that price! My husband call and asked about it and they said that price was a online deal ! BUT NOBODY TOLD ME THAT WHEN I WENT TO PAY BTW But they call me today and said they will keep the price but it can increase again because of the system do it so I feel a better because I can keep my storage at a good price Thank you to make it work

Just 2–3 months later, I was charged $264 — a 50%+ increase with no warning. Support claimed the rate is “subject to change,” but increasing it this much so soon is predatory. I was never notified about the increase; they say it was mailed, but I never received anything. No one mentioned at move-in that the price would jump this fast or this high. This business lures you in with low rates and then traps you with massive increases once you’re locked in. Worst storage experience I’ve had. AVOID!
