I wanted to open a storage here but their lack of helping the community during both of the blizzards has turned me off. Do better for the community that you are “serving”.

Our unit was robbed along with several others, and when the police arrived, they confirmed there had been multiple past incidents at this facility. They specifically cited poor camera placement and a lack of proper security in the stairwell as ongoing issues. The whole situation felt suspicious, honestly like it could have been an inside job. I would not recommend storing anything here that you remotely care about. On another date, I noticed the office shut down and closed but units unsecured (after 9pm).
