We walked in and Zakiyah helped us, she was friendly and helpful. She helped us find the unit and showed us how to work the elevator. She answered all of our questions and made the process smooth and painless. The facility was clean and comfortable. We rented the unit and put our stuff in all within under an hours time. There is parking on premises and large push carts to assist moving stuff from car to unit. All in all I give 5 stars and highly recommend.
