This was sent to me on a small postcard in small script. No email, no phone call. I went to speak to them in person and they immediately said they’d fix it. They did not. This company incentivizes new clients to leave 5 star reviews during their first visit. Thus the inflated 4.8-4.9 score across every location. The unit they gave me had a giant pillar in it that was not mentioned in the advertisement or contract and only shown to me upon check in. It took up about 3’x2’ floor space, extended to the ceiling. A lot for a place charging by the foot. I tolerated it for the price. No longer tolerable for this price. Should have read the 1 star reviews. Buyer beware.
