Those operational positives are appreciated and acknowledged. However, I have serious concerns regarding pricing transparency, autopay system handling, and customer communication, which have created unnecessary confusion, stress, and financial uncertainty. My monthly rate increased from approximately $68 to $110, representing a 61.8% increase, without clear advance notice explaining the timing, percentage increase, or any opportunity to address or plan for the change. This type of sharp price escalation without transparent communication feels inconsistent with fair consumer practices and closely resembles the “bait and switch” concerns raised in public reporting eg class action lawsuit of 2019/2020. I was enrolled in autopay and reasonably expected that if a payment failed, I would receive immediate and clear notification with instructions on how to correct the issue. Instead: The autopay payment failed without any timely or proactive notice. I was later told by a representative that the system automatically disables autopay after a failed attempt — a policy that was never communicated to me in advance or at the time of enrollment. The only communications I received were generic system emails (screenshots attached), which did not clearly explain what action was required or that autopay had been disabled. This lack of transparency directly contributed to the missed payment situation.
