( not the first time ) Both the employee and the manager chose to park their cars inside the loading area, which is meant for paying customers. When I asked the employee (Mike) to move his car so I could load/unload, he told me to park outside instead — “just like everyone else I told to.” This is unacceptable. Customers should not be inconvenienced because staff are using the loading zone for personal parking. The response was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Do better, Mike. And do better, Extra Space Storage.
