The facility itself is always well kept and clean. Over the years I’ve dealt with different staff, but Justine has truly stood out. She is always kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with my account, she has taken the time to explain things and make sure I understood. I never feel rushed or like just another customer. It’s rare to find someone who consistently shows up with the same positive attitude everyday. Justine really cares about the people she works with, and it shows. Extra Space is lucky to have her.
