  Shondelle is always so lovely. She always does a great job with our laundry especially the linens and kids clothes.

  Currently in the clean rite, 3/7/2026 @9:52pm. The dryers were not getting hot we let the attendant know and she was extremely rude about it. When we asked for help she just continued talking on her phone and not helping at all. Multiple out of order washers, dryers not getting hot, not properly maintained areas or bathrooms. The prices are incredibly high for terrible service

  It’s literally my first time trying clean Rite Center, I honestly decide to try it because the laundry near door have no parking spot and there’s snow outside and I need a good parking spot, lolll it’s was a good experience and I honestly have never received that from the next door laundry, the persons who was assisting me her name is Shondelle, she did a really good, Nice job, great attitude she went out on her way explaining how the machine work, and buying the card which was so confusing until she explained again and again, she was really calm while explaining how the system work, and how to avoid making mistakes, I’m even more surprised the machine has all the languages and can help you understand it, tells you the sequence of adding cloths on, what come first and after, I was Flabbergasted honestly, she explained and show me each procedures. In overall the services is a 5 stars for me, oh and I almost forgot, so you know how the machine are so high, and I climbed on the wedge of the machine she was passing by, and handed me a little ladder, I laughed so hard because people was passing by and they were staring at me, like I am missing some chromosomes or brain cells 😭😭😭😭 I’m still laughing over it. Anyway I learned a lot today thanks to Shondelle, she is a hard worker, moving around see if we need help and make everyone feel comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
