The last wash is professionally imprinted on the door, however whenever the young lady wants to leave early with her friends she will make her own hand written sign and turn people away. I just came in at 11pm as it’s the only time I could come without my small children. I’m here every week or every other week so I’m very familiar with the times/restrictions. They close at 1230 but she says it’s NYE (it’s not it’s 12.30) and she has to leave at 12. I asked her how I would know they close early and she said sorry she has to go at 12, I had gotten out of an uber and I went to take my things out and she’s asking me what I’m doing. I said I still have to take my things out of the uber. Give me time to get myself together. She clearly caught me off guard. I’m all about consistency, consideration and community. That has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning.

- NCNiamani CharranDec 10, 20255.0Alisha has been a god sent here at this laundry mat I usually do my laundry at home and this is my very first time at a public laundry facility she was never annoyed by my many questions and offered a lending hand She left about 25 mins after I came and you would have thought she was just starting her shift she wasn’t bothered by me interrupting which seemed like her last duty in the She truly made my experience here a breeze. A great soul.
- ESebonie stacyDec 6, 20251.0I have been going to this laundry mat for years. I know a lot of people that stop coming to this laundromat for the main reason I’m writing this review. I was doing laundry today and there is a homeless man that is always there. But today I have observed him take off his clothes and put it in a clean cart and multiple carts at that with garbage bags in the clean cart, he has his shopping cart at the front door, I also observed him washing himself up at the public sink in the back of the laundry mat. I think to have this happening while people are doing laundry definitely turns away business and makes me uncomfortable as a customer to continue to do laundry there. Staff is always helpful but this today definitely made me want to go elsewhere because he is always there. If this matter can be looked into it would be very much appreciated.
