  Been coming here before it even coming clean a rite but the female employees that work here rude Most of the time when we come here to do laundry and don’t know how to give customers service at all .

  Hello; I would like to personally give thanks to the staff in the clean rite on Mcdonald Ave very professional and hospitality is the best, I was helped with my drying I forgot to take out items and the staff reminded me and offered to help if needed. I so appreciate the hospitality today. Thank you.

  Was very impressed with how clean and well organized this laundromat is. I had trouble trying to figure out which washers to use and the staff were so helpful and kind. They were very helpful and well knowledgeable when I was asking about their wash and fold services because I was very impressed on how they handled the washing and folding of the clothes. Definitely will be coming back.

  Where should I start? Rude staff. Some machines are broken. Customers shouldn’t have to put up with this when they are so expensive. Please if you hate your job maybe you shouldn’t deal with them on a regulate basis. Someone else wrote on here 2 days ago that the service was terrible and I notice a lot of 5 star reviews were posted today. They gotta be fake. Come on dog, 7 5-star reviews in one day? There are cheaper and better options in this neighborhood.

  I’m highly disappointed in the service I’ve received with their pickup/drop off service this past Sunday. It worked out only a few other times where I’ve tried their 2 free wash promos and one other time where my order was completed properly. It sucks because the first few times customer service was great from sweet staff who would communicate with me, but went downhill drastically. This last time I paid for rapid service, which requires you to have your order dropped off before 3pm(my order was dropped off at around 2:40pm). At around 6:30PM I hadn’t gotten word that my order was being processed to be dropped off back off to me so something told me to call them since the rapid service is within 4 hours. I spoke with a lady that said that the order was ready but wouldn’t be delivered by Uber because she came in late that day and they wouldn’t come after a certain time. I paid out of pocket to have my own Uber courier pick up my laundry and they told me the order was in fact not ready yet. (Keep in mind she marked the order as ready in the system) I called her again and she said she confused my clothes with another order that was on top of mine. She then says she would start working on my order FINALLY about 4 HOURS AFTER it had already been dropped off - so no way this is rapid service now. I had to cancel my Uber courier which charged me a $5 cancellation fee. I told her to let me know when the order was ready, which she did, at around 9PMish. I ask her if my order can still be dropped off and she said no because Uber didn’t do pickups past a certain time. Again, I order another Uber courier to pick up my laundry. I then ask her to refund me for the rapid service and SHE SAID THE SERVICE WAS RAPID. I rebutted there’s no way it was rapid because the turn around time wasn’t within 4 hours at all, it was more like 6 hours. She then gets an attitude with me and tells me she needs to see what the manager will do and started getting defensive. She seemed as if I was inconveniencing her even though clearly none of this was my fault. I called to speak to the manager the next day and they were not in nor have they called me back. I spoke with another young lady that seemed apologetic and said that the manager would try to give me an incentive code and refund me but I have yet to see this happen. I have no idea what’s going on with this Clean Rite, but I will NEVER use their pick up/drop off service again. It’s not even just about the small $3 add on for the rapid service, it’s the principle. Very poor customer service by the rude lady who was handling my laundry and then all of this calling back and forth just to get a price adjustment with no follow through. Plus I don’t even know what would’ve happened to my clothes had I had never been persistent that day by checking in on my order. The fact that the rude lady was so negligent and rude and the fact that they couldn’t even try to rectify the situation has turned me off from this place.
