He informed me that the soap in the machine holding my clothes had not dispensed, and he promptly got a bucket and filled the machine with water. Thanks to his awareness and attentiveness, he fixed the problem while I observed him cleaning machines and washing clothes. He also suggested a new fabric softener to me, which I bought and am satisfied with the results. I can see him becoming a manager soon; he told me about the offers and bonuses that apply when adding money to your card. I am grateful and pleased with my service here, having visited twice now, and I also met another employee who was very helpful. Thank you, and I hope all employees are compensated well.
