- KHKimmi Harris1 day ago1.0The washers don't spin clothing or other laundry enough. The laundry feels like pulling sopping wet clothes out. Then they over charge for time in dryer which sometimes it does not get hot even when you set it to high heat. Sometimes I have to take home laundry that I have to hang up because it doesn't dry whomsoever runs this franchise needs to really address this. It's been months of this happening. If I can give it no stars I would. BBB will be reported about this parasite on our community.

From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure the entire laundromat was spotless and well maintained. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain their benefits without being pushy. He also recommended a high-quality laundry bag, which I decided to purchase and I’m so glad I did. It’s absolutely worth it. Devin’s professionalism and customer service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. This is how customer service should be done!
