  I have been a client for this particular store Bay Plaza since the year 2019. My only sales person since the beginning of time Karla and team always have received my husband and I with open arms to provide the best service that all clients deserves. When I say the best it goes beyond words. They are very good at what they do. I recommend this store a thousand times over than any other stores I’ve been to. Karla and team thank you. Is not because is your job, is because of how dedicated you all are to your clients. Words can never describe how grateful I am. Love always, Ailene

  Great Customer Service with Amber. She patiently show me a lot of options for the couch and bed. She very polite and good communications skills with the customer.

  was never worn Return policy item I bought was not too much satisfaction in the house. Try to return or replace for another item. was told if I accepted the item there was no return policy on it. Now I’m stuck with chairs that my husband doesn’t like any neither do I. I thought it would look nice with my dining table and it doesn’t will not shop there again although their furniture is good quality I’m not gonna deny that but return, gotta do something to satisfy the customer. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Three thumbs down.

  My mother and I had a lovely time purchasing a new sofa at Raymour and Flanagan. Karla Vasquez was the best!!! She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Definitely check her out for any of your home furnishing needs!!!! Thank you!!!

  ⸻ I came in looking to purchase a dinner set and a bunk bed, and Evelyn and Amber made the entire experience wonderful. They were incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. They created such a warm and welcoming environment that made us feel comfortable right away. What I really appreciated was that they never pressured us, they gave us the time we needed to make our decisions while still being available and helpful whenever we had questions. Their level of customer service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely be coming back again!
