I have been associated with this establishment for over two years, and during that time I have never had any issues with management or staff. My experiences have always been professional and respectful, which is why this situation was particularly concerning. However, on this occasion, the covering manager displayed extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful behavior toward customers. Their attitude was negative, dismissive, and inappropriate, making the environment uncomfortable. This is not the level of service that customers should receive. I want to make it clear that this complaint is specifically about this manager from another location, as my experiences with the regular staff have always been positive. If you don’t have patience for this kind of work don’t work with costumer services The staff that really WORK here like angela Genesis and the other staff are really nice and helpful and understand people
