The whole process felt smooth, which I didn’t expect going in. Overall, she just made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free, and I really appreciated that.

I booked online at a discounted rate and was excited to transfer my belongings to this new facility prior to the 7pm closing time advertised on the website. As I arrive, he gives his spiel and then closes with, "we close at 6:45pm and after that time, I am NOT TOO KIND." Contract cancelled due this poor display of gross unprofessionalism. I learned today that he is the manager - shocking! Not worthy of another penny of my hard earned money. May corporate train this man on how to deal with people.
