  I went to open my unit today and Alex the Sales representatives was so helpful he allowed me to view my options and was very patient with me helped me to understand i had a very great experience i feel Alex need Pay upgrade i wasnt the easiest to deal with

  Sharing honest feedback so this storage facility can improve and future renters are warned about what to expect. The staff here is really fantastic. Friendly and always willing to help. This negative review has nothing to do with the staff, who are exceptional. The price increases on units here are pretty common. My 5x10 unit from April 2024 to April 2026 jumped about 18%. For the same price I was paying for the 5x10, I was able to get a 10x10 at a nearby storage facility with better access hours. When I first moved in, I was able to use the back gate to enter and exit the facility, which made things a ton easier. Over time though, the car wash facility next door completely took over the back area and started blocking the back entrance with cars. Since then, the gate just doesn't work and it doesn't seem like Extra Space is interested in resolving this issue. I'd say the worst aspect of the facility and other nearby Extra Space facilities is their access hours. Having a storage facility close at 7PM is pretty wild. Extra Space needs to resolve this issue, especially when nearby competitors allow access up until 10PM. The facility also had some pest issues while I was there, but I know this is an ongoing battle. Staff do clean areas as much as possible and there are traps around on the floors. I did see cockroaches running around every once and a while. My unit also had mouse droppings in it when I moved out. Again, the staff here is great. Super friendly people. I think Extra Space as a company needs to do better.

The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings. Customer service like Alex’s makes a big difference, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the chance to work with Alex.

  I had a great customer experience with this company. It was also a great sign seeing how clean, secure, and easily accessible the facility was. Alex was the person who took care of me and I felt like he made the experience that much better, he was super professional and very informative and definitely made this as least stressful as possible. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use them again
