- AAAmandaDec 1, 20255.0Through New York Cares, I came across your location as a drop off site to take in my coat to give to someone in need. i called Storage Post and was connected to the District Manager. It was confirmed that your location does participate. Your location is secure, i had to get buzzed in and the office is clean and spacious. The New York Cares donation box was visible and the worker there was very nice. I also noticed a donation box for Toys for Tots too. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience.

- KSk sNov 29, 20251.0These people are con artists. I showed up and NO ONE WAS THERE FOR OVER 45 MINUTES . They have a useless system where you stand in the middle of the street and have to loudly give your personal info for anyone to hear passing by. The when they finally show up, they do a bait and switch. I paid for a storage unit that was supposed to be 5 feet by 10 feet, and only coat $44/month. but they never tell you that the door itself is less than 3 feet wide. So you can't fit anything in the unit. So they upsell you once you are there and stuck with a can full of your belongings. The unit one side bigger was OVER 250 A MONTH. But they don't tell you this, they just say "you'll be getting the same promotion as the other unit,". Which is a LIE. I will be living my stuff out NEXT MONTH as this is insanely expensive, especially considering the access is so limited and they customer service is non existent.
