They are both true gentlemen. They followed up on every concern I had and did everything possible to make sure I felt like a valued customer. Their follow-up calls and professional kindness meant a lot and made all the difference. In addition, the customer service team at the call center — a male and a female whose names I unfortunately cannot recall — were also outstanding. They were polite, patient, and proactive. They offered me a deal without me even asking and quickly rectified any billing issues I had. Overall, the team went above and beyond to turn my experience around, and I deeply appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown throughout.

I have spoke with the staff to get that u to par and maintain it but other than that… I love the place. My things ate safely put up and no rats tampering from what I see and I go in there at least 2-3 out of the week. So thankful for Storage Post.
