From management to the sales associates, everyone was welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely invested in creating a positive customer experience. Even on a quieter traffic day, the quality of engagement stood out. The staff understands that proper support — especially when it comes to sleep and recovery — plays an important role in overall well-being, and that care shows in how they guide their clients. Bay Plaza is more than a showroom — it’s a team that values service, comfort, and long-term relationships. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and a supportive environment.

  Highly recommended store with patient employees that are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you ask for Wanda when you get to the store, she was fabulous, very helpful, and made herself available to answer my questions and take care of my requests, and made the entire experience of buying furniture for a new home very easy! I was in the process of buying a home, and originally ordered a couch and bedroom set, thinking I would get some great deals. Wanda was great at helping me get the layaway plan set up, so that I could reserve the furniture at the price I wanted, and pay it a later time. She also was fabulous about rewriting my ticket when a better price did come up within the price match guarantee time frame. So she was awesome and always willing to help me get the best price, and maximize my savings. The furniture quality speaks for itself, you either love it or you hate it in terms of the style. I highly recommend a protection plan if it is within budget! All in all a great experience, thank you again Wanda for making everything so easy and stress-free, and I highly recommend asking for her when you enter the store, as well as shopping at this particular store!

  The salesman ordered the wrong color sofa. I wanted the light gray color shown in the floor sample of the chair. I emailed him right away with the photos on delivery date 2/15/26 and called the store. I emailed on 2/19 I would accept a small store credit for compensation instead of reordering the correct color. I called again on 2/21. I am changing to a four-star review after the store called to listen to the problem. THEY ISSUED A STORE CREDIT TODAY! Satisfied this customer. I look forward to going back to buy more furniture. I really liked that they delivery furniture in three days.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Micheal St Clair! From the very beginning all the way through to the end, he provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. Micheal made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions and offering helpful recommendations without any pressure. His professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart. If you're looking for any type of furniture or even a mattress, I highly recommend going to see Micheal St Clair right away. You won’t be disappointed! Trevia and Aurelio you guys are just AMAZING i appreciate everything all that you did to make this process such a smooth one.
