  I had the worst experience thanks to a young lady that didn't do her job right. I however want to thank salesman Ian for his time and effort and also the manager because they assisted me in returning an item and exchanging it for another sofa bed I wanted (Mahoney: pebble) however I spoke to a young lady this last Sunday and requested to have the sofa bed to be delivered on 11/23. The sofa bed was instead delivered on 11/19. I was in Brooklyn at the time at a very important meeting with a patient as I explained to the delivery team. I did not get call regarding the sofa bed that same day nor the next and I called friday and to my surprise and disbelief I was informed that the item could not be traced because once an item is delivered the order is "finalized" in their system . The young man I spoke to then informed me the item was out of stock which means they sold off the sofa bed I waited patiently for (more than 3 weeks to be exact). I had a huge headache after this conversation, I could not believe what I was hearing. Now I have to go shopping for a new sofa bed again because I have i have a new place, thanks to that young lady that didn't do her job right.. Also their delivery notification is way off. After the order was voided I got a notification today that I was getting the sofa bed 11/23

  DON'T DO IT!!! Unless you want to unwillingly DONATE your money to this store... do NOT shop here. This is the absolute worst Raymour and Flanigan you could go to. It is obvious the staff do not want to work or help you. Things that they get 5 stars for is putting you on hold long enough for the phone to hang up on you, losing your merchandise and not having answers about where your furniture mysteriously got lost, and having an attitude. When I called earlier that day and pointed out yet ANOTHER ERROR in their system, the response was "well Huston we have a problem". ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I then decided to come in to the store in-person to finally get some answers about where my stuff is and to confirm the delivery date and all I got in return is a painful waiting game, excuses and LIES. Oh, and let me not for get the classic line of "not my problem, its time for me to clock out". The managers and rest of the staff are INCOMPETENT!!!! This place is a SCAM and will push back your delivery date long enough that you will be unable to file a dispute with your credit card. I always liked Raymour and Flanigan, and I have NEVER dealt with this from this chain before...but this specific store in the Bronx put a terrible taste in my mouth 🤮. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  My mom and I spend more than $9000 in this store 4 years and 10 months ago I put insurance on my items now I need a replacement of it I called 120 times they just picked 1 time a the guy told me I have to call Nj customer service I live in inwood I purchased my items in Bronx now it’s more than 2 months they not picking the phone and it pissed me up I just want them to sent someone to pickup my bed set I’m about to move please never put insurance on your items with them,customer service so bad

  Bryan Sanders helped us pick a mattress .He was highly helpful and professional and guided us through the different models. He was very knowledgable but most importantly he made us feel at ease. Very satisfied with his service.

  Beware! Sales representatives do NOT tell you that a refund is not accepted after delivery. Even if they walk out the door and you contact them back or even the next day. They do not accurately provide you this info and fall back on “written” policy that they hide through deceptive tactics. No one from sales to delivery tells you this. Do NOT accept delivery immediately. I demand a corporate representative contact me. I will not change this review until my item has been returned and refunded. People deserve to know the truth and not have the “truth” hidden from them.
