Raymour & Flanigan’s conduct regarding my order is nothing short of a predatory "bait and switch" scheme and a blatant display of professional negligence that borders on theft. By accepting full payment for a sectional and a loveseat only to attempt a partial delivery of a single item—claiming a fabricated "inability to reach me" on a Saturday morning—you have effectively swindled me out of my money while leaving my family to sit and sleep on the floor. Attempting to force an incomplete order onto a customer after taking their capital in full is a deceptive trade practice, and my refusal of the delivery serves as a formal rejection of your breach of contract. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat paying customers with such calculated disrespect, and I demand an immediate, full refund of all funds seized, as I refuse to be an interest-free loan provider for a company that lacks the basic integrity to fulfill a simple furniture order.

I purchased a dining table set and living room set from Raymour & Flanigan in August 2024. Less than one year after purchase, I began experiencing serious issues with the furniture and have been making service claims since July 2025.
The dining table and chairs are defective — multiple chairs are broken and the table is loose. I submitted photos multiple times and visited the store in person twice. A Raymour & Flanigan service technician came to my home on Monday and confirmed that the dining table cannot be repaired and stated I would be issued a credit and would need to visit the store to select a replacement.
When I went to the store in person to choose a new table, I was told no credit existed, despite what I was told by their own service technician. I have been unable to reach the store by phone.
Additionally, the couch cushions are defective due to a manufacturing issue, not accidental damage. Despite this, I was told it is not covered, and I have been repeatedly asked to resubmit photos for the same unresolved issue.
I have spent months dealing with this issue, repeatedly providing documentation, visiting the store in person, and complying with every request, yet nothing has been resolved. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
At this point, I no longer want a replacement or store credit. I am requesting a full refund for the defective dining set and living room furniture due to unresolved manufacturing defects and failure to honor the service resolution that was promised.

Sabrina Jordan was truly a lifesaver! She explained every step of the ordering process clearly, provided exceptional service, and made sure I received my furniture in time for my shotgun wedding. She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
The manager, Selim, was also amazing—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Together they made the whole experience stress-free and exceptional.

I had the worst experience thanks to a young lady that didn't do her job right. I however want to thank salesman Ian for his time and effort and also the manager because they assisted me in returning an item and exchanging it for another sofa bed I wanted (Mahoney: pebble) however I spoke to a young lady this last Sunday and requested to have the sofa bed to be delivered on 11/23. The sofa bed was instead delivered on 11/19. I was in Brooklyn at the time at a very important meeting with a patient as I explained to the delivery team. I did not get call regarding the sofa bed that same day nor the next and I called friday and to my surprise and disbelief I was informed that the item could not be traced because once an item is delivered the order is "finalized" in their system . The young man I spoke to then informed me the item was out of stock which means they sold off the sofa bed I waited patiently for (more than 3 weeks to be exact). I had a huge headache after this conversation, I could not believe what I was hearing. Now I have to go shopping for a new sofa bed again because I have i have a new place, thanks to that young lady that didn't do her job right..
Also their delivery notification is way off. After the order was voided I got a notification today that I was getting the sofa bed 11/23
