As I was trying to put my code to go down the elevator, the code pad states that the location is closed at 6:46pm. So I go and verify with the front desk because I only 2 boxes and 2 small bags to unload. They tell me that it’s closed and that the office hours is what is open until 7pm and that the actual storage place closes at 6:45. Which is not what the app says and it is not what the web says. I am very disappointed with this experience because we made it on time. The front desk lady was counting money ready to leave, closed everything early. I drove very far after work just to bring my boxes over there just for her to tell me that i couldn’t go downstairs and access my floor. There was another guy storing the things in the main floor because everything else was open except for the elevators that she closed down early.
