I told the staff about it and they didn’t do anything. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for a washer! This is ridiculous. On top of that they have the other big machines that are OUT OF ORDER!!
- SAShawn AcevedoDec 29, 20251.0Extremely expensive laundromat just for the you to have to spend 5$ per machine just to have dry clothes (I literally spent 90$ just to wash and fully dry my clothes) I used 1 commercial machine 1 large load machine and 2 medium load machine the rest of the money was spent on drying clothes (you do the math) I will never visit this place again… when I complained to the staff about my issue it’s like they had an attitude with me because they machines is not properly working… and as you can see in my picture that’s all I washed and dryer literally 90$… never again
- MCMaurice CrumptonDec 19, 20255.0Waleska is the bright point of this facility this young lady took her time from the order she was already doing to hand walk me through the process of you getting started as I had not been in this location in many years and didn’t know the process , I asked numerous questions and she answered each one with a smile and made me feel like I was not a bother to her at all, there are not that many employees like her in companies today do not lose her , she is definitely an asset and belongs in upper management if possible … Thank you Ms W
