The app can't even find the laundromat. The machine barely uses any water. Waste of money. The owner should be ashamed of this establishment. If I was the worker I'd be happy. All I have to do is make sure the doors are open and go home and chill. Every man for themselves here. I never been to a place like this. Can't even get any help, because there's NO ONE here!

I called their customer service and telling me that they will have someone else calling me. What exactly is going to do someone else to give me my money back?? I want my refund of $5 or I will make a police report for having installed machines who do not work and just take your money forcing you to use other machines and pay again. Here is the picture of how the machine looks like after it took my money and never started. Let me add also that the dryers are not working as you can see in this image. Edit: the attendant is here telling that the machine is working because I had to pay .10 cents for hot water. They literally charge for hot water. What’s next charging for walking inside the Laundromat?? Mind you the app didn’t show me to pay .10 cents for washing! They have hidden fees and not even informing customers!! Put a damn sign and explain the prices and cycles! But they do have a sign asking me to clean yet no attendant is cleaning the place. Your attendant needs to do the job that is being paid for and stop asking people to clean the machines!! Edit: 2 weeks later I still didn’t get my money as the attendant said.
