It’s already expensive as it is, you should at least get what you paid for. The neighborhood is not very good and there are often arguments and inappropriate behavior inside and outside of the establishment. Sometimes the machines to add money to your card won’t accept card payments so you have to take cash as a backup.

I try to explain it to her but she was refusing to help and saying my aunt was mad because they didn’t speak the same language. As if language was the problem here and not the machine. The machine took the money and then the washer didn’t work. Language wasn’t the problem but it was her attitude. She could just helped my aunt with a different machine. My aunt wasted $8.00 on a washer that didn’t work.
