My husband and I have been using this laundromat for almost 2 years and I will continue to be a customer here. The staff is always helpful and keep the whole area clean and safe. I forgot my card at home today, while rushing to wash clothes. I was assited by A.J when I inquired about purchasing a new card (businesses of course have rules with these situations). A.J, right away provided me with a brand new card and I didnt have to explain anything. He also surprised me with a limited time promotion. The card was also free! (I hope he doesnt get in trouble). A.J was also all smiles as he noticed how happy and suprised I was. This was definitely one of those very few above and beyond moments thanks to A.J!

I had a horrible experience at this location. I came in at 10pm because of the discounted washers not realizing the machines are overpriced. To make matters worse, my jacket and my child’s jacket had to be rewashed because of stains that came from the washing machine. I brought it to the workers attention and they assisted me with by rewashing the two items. My other clothes were soaking wet when they were removed from the washer so I had to over pay to dry them. This company is overpriced and a scam. I was not impressed by Clean Rite. I will never go back. I think many of their reviews are bogus.
